About The Author
Author bio image
Esther Morrison-Hall was born and raised in the midwest. Her love of carb rich high fat foods began from a young age when Sunday dinners meant roast chicken or pot roast with potatoes, carrots, corn and rolls. Dessert and soft drinks were always available.

After having achieved success in breaking her carb addiction, and learning that food is fuel for our bodies, she has become passionate about helping others who are interested in learning how to use food to our benefit for burning stored body fat. This knowledge leads to the freedom to live a healthier life while enjoying the food related 'celebrations' that come our way.

Although she has a business management background, she recently discovered that she is a teacher at heart. She has enjoyed teaching preschool and elementary aged children in recent years and enjoys breaking things down into easy to understand pieces.
