Absolutely incredible. The perfect gift for your grandchildren! It's the beginning of another series of adventures not unlike the Hardy Boys or Nancy Drew. Meads descriptive scenes jump right out of the pages. Loved it!!! Can't wait for the next one!

This is a feel good book with high adventure which conveys wonderful life lessons about family, friends, honesty, loyalty and morality. There are cliff-hanger moments but in the end - triumph and you're left with a sense of relief. This is a great read, either by a child, parent or by a parent to a child. Highly recommend this wonderful book.

My girls ate it up. Even my five year old much to my surprise would sit and listen intently always begging me for "just one more chapter"

What a spectacular adventure story. I grew up loving the Jack London books. Whether you love reading to your children or your child (8-10) love adventure stories - this is a must book.

Wow, wow!! After my son read this book, he gave it to me. I read it in one seating - a fast read, but what a tremendous adventure story. Christopher - look forward to future books.

I really enjoyed this read. It is full of adventure and comical moments. The main character, Jess, is always getting into something! I also got a copy for my goddaughters (ages 7 and 12) and look forward to discussing it with them after they read it.

A fantastic book, one that both of my school-aged daughters and myself enjoyed. It was filled with adventure, and yet perfect for my girly-girls that love to read. My 10 year old finished reading the book with her grandma first and then wanted to read it out loud to me. Thrilled to have a new book to recommend to friends.
