Barbara L. Harding was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University majoring in Psychology. She has always had a passion for writing. Throughout her forty-one years of recovery she has used the Twelve Steps and the Twelve Promises as her life line. She shares her story and her experiences with the reader to guide them in this life long process called recovery.
