This book is a must have if you're struggling with your weight. It has by far been a huge motivation to me! I've always felt alone in my battle with my weight however, this book and Tanisha Williams showed me that I'm not alone nor am I the only one who's struggled with weight issues. After reading Tanisha's story I can definitely place myself in her shoes. Tanisha has helped motivate me to not only believe in myself but, to treat my body like it's a masterpiece. I alone can achieve my goals. With my new found self love and motivation I will not give up on my journey. I would recommend this book to anyone that is battling their weight loss demons. Thank you Ms. Williams your book has been a great eye opener!

Tanisha Shaneé was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, with her mother, Vernette and sister, Tinikea. Tanisha possess a BA, a MBA, and is pursuing her PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University. She joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in 2004 while a student at the College of New Rochelle. She enjoys relaxing, cooking, and when she is not meeting with clients, she enjoys watching Big Bang Theory, or spending time with her niece.
