About The Author
Born in rural northeast Scotland to expatriate parents and reared in the dynamic metropolis of Bangkok, Thailand, Gabriel recently found himself living in a foreign new land called Texas. A consummate storyteller, Gabriel’s first book was called the "Texas Animals Alphabet Book". From there, he expressed an interest in bringing to life the beautiful fables and folklore of Thai and Chinese culture, which formed a large basis of his childhood imagination.
Aside from his schooling, Gabriel is an avid reader, a junior black belt in taekwondo, and a drummer. He loves to hunt, fish, climb trees, and actively participate in his church. When not fighting for survival from his two sisters and toddler brother, Gabriel enjoys finding a quiet corner in which he can tinker, build, read, or ponder his next project.
