Book Synopsis
In a perfect world, people live forever. There is no pain, no sadness, no regret, but this is not a perfect world. No one wants to lose someone they love, but unfortunately, far too often we do. All my life I have heard stories about a man who always did his best to live his life according to Gods Plan. Always thought of others and actually gave the shoes off his feet to a man who had none. This man loved his family and feared God. He knew that one day he would go home to meet his maker and wanted to make sure he left a great impact on the family and friends who knew him best, by letting God's love shine through him in everything that he did.
This story is dedicated to the memory of one of the greatest men I have ever known. Eli Lamb, better known as Daddy Lamb. This story contains true stories and memories of the ones who hold his memory dear.

About The Author
Author bio image
C. J. Smith was born May 26, 1977 in Augusta, GA. She grew up in the small town of Louisville where she lived with her mother Gwen and her grandparents Polly and Frank. C. J. began writing stories at the age of thirteen, but "The Carpenter" is a book that is really close to her heart and she hopes everyone will enjoy reading it as much as she has enjoyed writing it.
C. J. would like to let her family know that the most important thing to writing a good story is family support. Without her family and friends support and encouragement, none of her stories would have ever been written.
