About The Author
Joseph Sartarelli is a professional trainer with over fifty years of personal weight training experience. Joe has been a teacher and judge in both bodybuilding and powerlifting for thirty five years. He was Connecticut Vice Chairman of the National Physique Committee and former owner of Fitness World gym in Fairfield, CT, USA. Joe has also guest lectured at the University of Bridgeport Nutrition Institute for graduate level courses in sports nutrition. He has dedicated the last 25 years to finding the true source of free weight training accuracy. Straight Line Training is the result of that effort.
