Dr. Rodney W. Lancaster has dedicated 23 years to public school education. Rodney has worked relentlessly during the past decade at a rural Delta Arkansas high school helping young men and women stay in school. Dr. Lancaster is the director of alternative education and believes that student-centered learning has enhanced his educational ideology by leaps and bounds. He is the author of several educational leadership books, poetry, and children's books. Dr. Lancaster’s hobbies include barbequing and riding his Harley-Davidson RoadKing motorcycle with his wife of 33 years Jackie Sue.
