This book is so well written! The explanations about how our body works are very simple. For example when she's talking about why your blood Pressure meds may need adjustment after you start this lifestyle she says "it's like your body is a hoarders home and their is hardly any room- the blood Pressure meds make the walls of the house sag so blood can flow better but eating this way is like a big old dumpster just pulled up!"
