Book Synopsis
POINTS OF INTEREST is a collection of essays outlining major aspects in world history and global societal development.
Topics range from the origins of civilizations around 5000 BCE to structural elements of World War II in the 19th century.
The histories provided are but a glimpse into world history and offer an introductory foundation to important topics associated with it, primarily that of development.
Written in brief essays, this work’s purpose is not to encompass the topics as a whole, but to simply introduce aspects of various subject matter, thus allowing for expanded research if one’s interest becomes peaked.
From Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, to the Russian Revolution in 1917, Points of Interest offers brief introductions to critical components in world history.
