Michelle is a loving spirit and loves to see black women loving themselves, letting go of stress, and living their best lives. As a black woman, social worker, and psychotherapist Michelle has seen and experienced black women suffering from disease and illnesses due to the stress of living in a society that consistently takes their style, their sauce, and swag; all while denying their beauty. Michelle depends on her faith, self-love, prayer, meditation, and intentional work to heal emotional wounds. Now helping pour into black women for collective healing for ourselves, our families, and our communities. We need one another and we will teach people how to treat us like the Queens we are.
