Book Synopsis
I don't see how anyone, young or old, can read It's All in Your Mind and not be moved or improved.
Ed Hayes, book editor, Orlando Sentinel
No matter how old you are, there's still a part of you that's an adolescent. This diary was written to address that part of you.
As you read this book, allow yourself to relate to the character who kept the journal so you can see your own childish ways and be amused by them.
Hopefully, you'll emerge from this book more self-assured and less self-critical.
You'll laugh and cry and maybe even choose peace of mind for yourself.
About The Author
Lindy has always been fascinated by the power of the mind. When she discovered how to use her mind to improve her own life, she wanted to share that discovery in a way that readers could actually feel the emotions of a character going through this change of mind and evolve right along with her. She likes to call this an experiential approach to learning.
Believing that ‘one experience is worth a thousand words’, Lindy has become known for this experiential approach both in her seminars and her other books.
