Book Synopsis
As a breakthrough coach, so much of the personal, positive change I see in my clients happens when they begin to "see" life differently. Sounds simple, huh? It's not. As a matter of fact, it's really hard, which is why so many people seek me out to help guide them towards new perspectives.
This workbook is a 9-week adventure that builds greater awareness, acceptance, and action with three important elements that help us to human, better: A better recognition of all the good things happening in our lives, recognition of the Universe showing up (daily) in support of us, and recognizing when we could use a little self-forgiveness after an episode of "humanness." Along the way, I'll guide you down a few "side trails" for additional exploration, providing you a better view of your internal environment.
