I started working with HVAC equipment in 1986. By 1990, I completed both Basic and Master Courses in Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. In 1991, I earned an Achievement Award in HVAC (C21b) from the State of Nevada. In 1993 I was Certified by the State of New Mexico as a Natural Gas Pipe Fitter (JG-07695), which allowed me to work for a contractor, in any phase of natural gas. In 1994, I was certified in Universal Refrigeration (608) by the E.P.A. (Environmental Protection Agency) this allows me to work with all types of Refrigerants, for refrigerated cooling of buildings.

During my HVAC career I worked in Repairs, Remodel, and New Construction on Residential, Commercial and Industrial systems. In Residential and Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning, I worked on everything from Gas fired Gravity (no fan) Wall Furnaces, to sophisticated (split system and Packaged) 90% efficient Furnaces, small Air Handlers to Evaporative Coolers through very high SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) Refrigerated Units and Systems. I also worked on Water Source Heat Pump Systems and Fan Coil Systems for Industrial Air Conditioning of office buildings, retail stores and hotels. Water Source Heat Pump Systems consist of Boiler(s), Chiller(s), Cooling Tower(s), and Fan Coils or Heat Pumps with a network of Water lines and Ductwork.
