Book Synopsis
There are many religions I have investigated; Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Lao-tzu, Islam and Confucianism, to name a few. I have absorbed a great deal of the Bible, New Testament and Old, plus reading portions of the Koran, and read articles on philosophy and perspectives on religion.
In spite of this, I lay no claim, can identify no information, can share no knowledge, description or identity of any God. I have neither the skills, education, qualifications or right to speak on behalf of or represent any God.
The concept of God began among humans many years ago and based on your geographical origins or familial associations, is what you hold to as a belief in God. No human, no writing, no endeavor by any member of the human race, however, allows them to represent, speak for or represent a God. It is all wishful thinking. It is entirely speculation.
Do I wish and hope there is a God? Yes. Do I pray to God without knowing who or what God really is? Yes. But I give no credence to any human waving a book or written material in front of me; no professing of doctrine that I subscribe to that is someone else’s answers about God.
Don’t confuse me with being atheist. I am agnostic, admitting that I “do not know”. Since whatever God there might be has not appeared before me, spoken to me or guided me in any physical way, I cannot carry a torch for such a representation.
