Book Synopsis
"You can't shift to leading others, until you first shift to doing the work of learning to lead yourself."

This is the departure point from which Earnest L. Hudson, Jr. begins his discussion on the quotes collected within this work. This writing reflects an attempt to transmit an experience that belies the written word; a near impossible task unless one is writing poetry, and yet nevertheless…he has tried. Somewhere, between the poetry of the verbiage selected, and the rhythm and meter expressed, something of the ephemeral may be sensed, even if only for a fleeting glimpse.Equally, this writing is an attempt, in the vein of those who have attempted such writings previously, to garner a belief in the progressive science of the Craft of operative and speculative Masonry, whether one be a member of the Masonic Fraternity…or not.
