Book Synopsis
In “Broken Promises – Fulfilling Purpose, Rev. Orr describes the journey which brought her from childhood in her native land of Trinidad and Tobago, to the foreign land of America.

In it, she expresses her deep feelings regarding the traumatic experiences she encountered as a result of straying away from Biblical teachings. She emphasizes throughout, that failure to obey God can have disastrous outcomes, and urges readers not to follow in the same path that she did.

Her book forces one to believe in the reality of a God who cares for us when we do wrong, and yet demonstrates that He is a conquering God.

The book is a mixture of triumphs and failures – a reality check for those who are in doubt.

I am delighted to hear that I will soon get the opportunity to read this book from Easlyn. I have known this amazing lady for many years and I have been blessed to enjoy her beautiful singing voice in various genres of music. Just reading the summary of the book has me itching to get hold of my copy. I am sure that upon reading this book most people would wish that it was a bigger book. I already know that once I begin to read it, I won't be closing it until the end. God bless you all.
