Most people have a healthy circle of people around them. Their circle may include family, friends, co-workers and others. Where the βMEβ circle is just the opposite. It's a circle where only you and you alone reside.
I know this place well because I used to live within my own "ME" circle of self-pity. I know just how lonely and dark it can be. The feeling of no hope or love, and that is why I wrote this book.
When I was at my lowest, feeling no hope at all, I was given two simple steps to follow. Two steps that freed me from self-pity.
I want to share my story in brief and the steps I followed in hopes that it will help free someone else. That you or a love one you know may learn how to smile again and enjoy life once more.
