It follows an individual (David Inman) of Spencer, Ohio and his correspondence with attorneys in Cleveland, Ohio between 1861 and 1862. Follow David Inman's journey as he goes from family man during The War Between The States to a man hunter for hire.

About The Author
Chris Bond lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, Zoey, son Truman, and dog Daisy. He has written hundreds of articles for Demand Media Studios and The Clarity Digital Group. He is the Co-Author of Case Western Reserve University: Squire Valleevue and Valley Ridge Farms published in 2011 by Arcadia Publishing, Author of A Collection of Early Stark County, Ohio Documents Featuring the Families Bachtel, Theobold, et al. published in 2011 by Closson Press, Wounded in Defense of Harpers Ferry published in 2012 by Closson Press and a contributing researcher to the forthcoming two-volume anthology on the works of American landscape architect Warren Manning to be published by the Library of American Landscape History.
He currently serves as the horticulturist at Case Western Reserve University.
