As the title says Book of 1000 spices. A 25 year incomprehensive collection of spice mixtures from all over the world. Everything from Alabama White Sauce to Zhoug and back to Berebera . Hundreds of curry recipes. African Curry, Indian Curry, Middle Eastern Curry, Thai Khrung Curry. I've really been collecting them for 25 years.
It has Cajun Seasons and BBQ Rubs, marinates and Sprinkles, Salt concoctions and some with no salt at all. There's pie spices and grog spices and a few for Mulled Wine. No corner was left unturned, several times. They're all organized haphazardly by region, style genre, and country of origin as needed. Much in the manner they were collected. A 25 year collection of spice recipes. There is at least 1000 recipe in this book packed into 640 pages with an occasional photo or two.
This will last through hundreds of barbecues. An foodie's dream. Difficulty rages from simple to easy to difficult to OH MY.
