This book is not useful in conveying an introduction to marketing to students. With the amount of typos and grammatical mistakes, it hardly decipherable. Not to mention it contains many outdated and derogatory business terms, that are not acceptable today.
About The Author
Dr. Kay has taught marketing for 30 years. He previously worked building conveyors at Mojonnier Brothers in Chicago while in college, he was an editor in documentary film media, and had jobs as a marketing researcher in New York. His research interests include branding, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, healthcare, transportation issues, retailing, and mycology.
