Entrepreneur, Business Coach and Process Expert who had what most would regard as a successful 21-year career with a Fortune 500 company. As that company went through its own transitions, she accepted a buyout opportunity, and began her journey as an entrepreneur. In her first year, Alisha’s company grew by leaps and bounds, and won every award and recognition possible, but as time went on, then business started to plateau, and she just couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something more out there for her to do.

After much soul searching, Alisha was led to the study of HUMAN DESIGN a synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science, which led to both the expansion of her already thriving business, and also resulted in an additional entrepreneurial venture. She now spends her days not only running her businesses, but also supporting her community and other women who are experiencing the same types of roadblocks that she did, or have that same nagging sense that there’s something more out there for them too.

Alisha found the answer to that nagging question, and now spends her days in a state of bliss, happily chasing her dreams, and has never felt more alive or complete. At the core of her having reached the pinnacle point in her life, is her desire to share what she has learned and mastered with other business women and entrepreneurs so that they too can achieve true success.
