A retired Army Major discovers his world war Two war chest while cleaning his garage. While going through the items in the chest he finds a blue bottle that contains a gypsy potion. He is interrupted when his neighbors dog shows up and the bottle is dropped. Unknowingly both the dog (Kojack) and the Major are taken under the spell of the potion.
