This narrative describes our 25-day travel in the United Kingdom, from May 29 to June 22, 2018. The account follows our daily activities sequentially with many color photographs interspersed within the text. It is a reflective narrative written after the trip ended and we returned home. We traveled independently in England for half the time, visiting the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour, the Leicestershire village of Kibworth, the North York Moors Railway, and the northern Lake District. We joined a musical tour of Scotland for the second half or the trip, with visits including Edinburgh, Orkney, and the Isle of Skye.
