RUSSELL COOPER HUNGERDALE grew up in Fayetteville and Huntsville Arkansas before attending college in Southern California. He taught and coached in California for a few years, got married and moved back to Arkansas. He is quick to point out that his Master’s degree in history does not qualify him for the content of this book. He would also admit that his knowledge of science is severely lacking. His expertise comes from the experiences he claimed to have when he vanished in 2009 for several years.

Our curious catfish friend, Carlos, is at it again! He has gotten rest and is on his way to being his best. Will this part of his adventure be more then he can endure? A Catfish Named Carlos: The Swim Begins is the story of an overly adventurous and stubborn baby catfish that finds himself in some troublesome situations because of his own decisions. The story is based on real animals and mostly real events with pictures of the real places. This is the first of a multi-part series that will make up the many adventures of our friend Carlos the Catfish.

The Christmas we all grew up knowing and experiencing has certain color associated with the holiday season. In my story, you can become part of the mystery when those colors disappeared while learning about their meanings. You'll have fun finding a team of strangers that come together because they believe in the same things. You can add your own lines to the story as you tell it or read it and then put your own colors to the pictures and story edges. Enjoy, learn, have fun, relax and believe.
