Book Synopsis
This thorough manual details all aspects of participation in one of the Worship Arts bands or technical teams at a Walloon Lake Community Church campus. Content includes our core values regarding worship, what we look for in a team member, roles and responsibilities for all positions, how we prepare for serving, service elements descriptions and goals, responsibilities of our worship leaders, and an explanation of our music notation system. The manual's goal is to help our volunteers to understand the why and the how of what we do as we honor the Lord by creating an atmosphere, a model, and an invitation to engage in corporate worship. This is part of how we set up our people to be successful in ministry.
