About The Author
Aundria D. Nickerson is a Christian, African-American poet and playwright. She hails from Dallas, TX and lived for many years in Soquel, CA. She is a single mother of four multi-talented children, and a chihuahua shih-tzu mix named Smokey. In addition to writing, she loves serving at her church, solving logic puzzles, and spending time with her family.
Several of her children have a passion for writing, as well. Her daughter, Danielle, has a featured poem in this book associated with her pen name, danI.
