Book Synopsis
Management Application Today
The unwillingness by leaders (Pastors, Managers, Administrators etc.) to delegate tasks to team members, in either business or any other type of organization, is very evident in today’s society. However, there are possibilities of serious consequences if we allow our concept of our calling or sacred duty to turn into some form of micro-management. Take an example of the church, where 80% of the work is done by 20% of its members. A more in-depth look at business entities of today would yield similar results. It is incumbent upon the leaders of tomorrow to tap into this existing and rich professional climate to get the most productive output from a reluctant work base; not looking down the road expecting things to happen sometime in the future.
