I thoroughly enjoyed diving into this in-depth read. The transparency of the author challenged me to examine some things in my own life. Consequently, though unexpectedly, I experienced an exceptional level of deliverance and breakthrough – which was immensely needed. More than anything, I appreciated the honesty with which her story was told, and the integrity used to protect the character of other names mentioned in the book. What’s more, the accountability portion triggered me to confront, deal with, work through, and overcome topics in my life that were hidden, forgotten, or purposely left alone. You can truly feel the healing and victory of an overcomer in every word written. That was enough to keep me turning the pages.
