About The Author
Rachel Brammeier is the National Account Director at Senior Marketing Specialists. Growing up in the healthcare field, Rachel saw the important but often overlooked need for preparation and organization in one’s life. She has seven years of experience helping seniors get the insurance they need by assisting agents in becoming better advisers. She graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and lives in Columbia, MO with her husband.

Felicity Skelton is an Account Manager at Senior Marketing Specialists. She grew up in the insurance industry, inspired to work with agents after watching her mother build her own agency from the ground up. Felicity graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication, and uses her passion for writing and marketing to serve those who often get overlooked in the community: seniors and people with disabilities. She enjoys teaching yoga and hiking with her husband and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
