Book Synopsis
I wrote a book back in 2010, yes, about 13 years ago of a very similar title. And as I was doing my daily study and devotionals and seeking God’s voice and direction on the way that we should be going in this season as a ministry, I was led back to this title, but with the added caveat of focusing on the phenomenon or the experience of Pentecost. I believe that God’s desire is that we learn about this theological idea or principle of protecting the seed of faith that was planted in the earth, and essentially planted in us, those called to be followers and disciples for Christ, and how protecting that seed until the time of manifestation was essential to the efficacy and the strength of our faith life.
I want to speak pointedly in this book to the idea of our faith being in seed form, to begin with. So, if I had to affix a focus or a topic for the book’s message it would be, “Why a seed?” It is a probative interrogative that begs to question why our faith would be described in what man
