Laugh-out-loud tales drawn from a wealth of Post Office experience in rural Florida. Anyone who has worked in a government job will surely recognize a similar supervisor or two from Cindy's memoirs. And, if you have ever worked in a customer service intensive job, this book is for you -- to paraphrase Art Linkletter "customers do the darndest things." Overall, an excellent fun, quick read that should make you smile the next time you walk into a US Post Office.
