A classic for your library. Mr Gantverg's book brings the demons that engulf the golfers mind to life. His real life stories and lessons were quite refreshing. I found this book hard to put down as it has an emotional impact that will have you laughing aloud and maybe shedding a tear. Clearly, a wonderful read.

First off, you don’t have to be Jewish to enjoy reading this book, just someone who loves to play the game of golf. The book is a good insight into one man’s quest to becoming the Greatest Jewish Golfer. Being a golf nut myself, I could identify with many of the chapters of the book, but I’ll admit that I’m not as committed to finding the “Secret” as Larry. I enjoy golf and I work on my game, but I know I don’t want to become the “Greatest Sighted, Amateur Male Jewish Golfer Over 60 From The United States, Of The 21st Century, Still Living”. Whether you are serious about your game or play to have fun, I know you’ll see yourself in many of the chapters just as I did. Theories, methods, history and humor, Larry covered them all. A very enjoyable read indeed.

Larry takes my passion for golf and adds a factor of 100+ to it!! Great read: fun, insightful, emotional and a little wacky. All that that comprises the game we love. Read it in a weekend. On top of that, picked up a putting tip in the book that was "MONEY!!". Shot 74 last week (my lowest in a while) without a 3 putt. Thanks for taking the time to pen!!

I golfed with Larry yesterday. What a fine gentleman. Had to buy his book. Can hardly wait for its arrival.
