I have developed a martial art system which clearly breaks down and explains all aspects of unarmed martial arts and includes various exercises to develop your reflexes. The health benefits gained through training will help extend and enrich lives. Being fit, happy, and living a longer life is invaluable. A healthier body means better sleep and increased mental awareness. All this plus the self confidence gained through regular training will impact all other aspects of your life. Having a happier person walking around will affect all your interactions with others in a positive way, thus making the world a better place to be.
