Book Synopsis
When Ruth Taylor and Bill Allen track down the killer of their family members, they commence their lives together on the Allen Ranch. While the Allen Ranch is a working ranch, it's primary function is to help heal military veterans who suffer from PTSD. All members of the ranch pitch in and in the process help to finally bring to justice a member who, during his overseas assignments, had been involved in several vicious, unsolved crimes against women and children. As a civilian, he now strives to continue his crime spree while the Allen Ranch aims to stay one step ahead of him in order to gather the evidence needed to bring him to justice. Ruth, while not a military veteran, assists as only an angry woman fighting for others of her gender is able to do.
