Book Synopsis
This commentary is like no other. It is based on the first printing of the 1611 Authorized King James Bible (not to be confused with the KJV). To my knowledge there is no other commentary that references the Bible that King James and the translation committee actually authorized in 1611. When appropriate, I discuss changes that were made in other Bibles purporting to update the 1611. While many of their changes do not affect meaning in any serious way, some do. Thus, in the course of commenting on the text, I draw attention to changes that may seem insignificant, yet when thoroughly examined, they often render opposite meanings to that of the 1611. This is volume one, which goes from chapter one to 25.
