Book Synopsis
Colouring has been proven to relieve stress, calm the mind, and occupy the hands. It also stimulates the brain in areas related to motor skills and creativity. There are 30 pictures to colour and there is a blank page behind each picture to prevent bleed through. Once completed, you can frame them or give them away. The spiral binding will allow you to lay the book flat. However, since the pictures are abstract, feel free to rotate the book to make it easier to colour with either hand. Upgrade your colouring skills by taking on this next level challenge.

About The Author
J&J Wilsbech is a Father, Daughter team living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. With the loss of his eyesight, John no longer has the ability to see colour. But he still remembers what they look like. He wants to bring the gift of colour and the stress relief of colouring to those who still treasure their ability to see.

Jo-Ann is his right-eye girl. She shares his vision of bringing a bit of tranquility into a hectic world. Being a working mom to three children, she understands how overwhelming life can be today. Each week as they get together to work on their dream, Jo-Ann does the drawings, while John supplies inspiration.

This is their first attempt to enter the world of Adult Colouring Books. It is their fervent hope there will be many more.
